PVC Plastic shrink roll film

Please send me specification and price for shrink roll or 50 cm width and 3 kilogram net weight per roll or film with blue color or PVC.
The required quantity as a start is 40 square feet container.
I need shrink for wrapping carton boxes of snacks and wafer and chocolate bars and so on, I need good quality.
