PVC Electric Tape Production Line

We are a saudi company based in jeddah, we would like to build a plant for manufacturing tapes especially adhesive tapes used for electric wires which is made from pvc as the attached picture. we are looking for a complete production line form making the pvc film from the raw material (pvc) to the end product adhesive tape.
