Purchase request hot coil steel United Kingdom

I am looking for supply with loan (term for 8 years) to procure 15.50 thousand MT HR coil phase by phase in next 2 years for LPG cylinder production.

The client will provide a BG for US$ 22 million from a Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh. The payment will be by TT or LC but in instalments over eight years, The BG will be live for the entire period via auto renewal.
Currently they are using Japanese coil as per following specification:
Commodity: Hot Rolled Steel Sheet in Coils
Spec: SG295, non-pickled, non-oiled, mill edge
Size: 2.50mm x 1080mm x Coil
Price: CFR Chittagong

I am the mediator so you need to pay my commissions.
