Production line for thin flat bread

We're looking to build a production line for thin flat bread in many flavors i.e. soy bread, barley bread, and bran bread.
following are the specifications needed:
1. capacity between (4000 - 8000) piece per hour, diameter between (50cm - 25cm).
2. plc controlled
3. we need the bread to be very thin
4. all parts stainless steel
5. both faces is identical which means double face heating
