Price quote for PVC ceiling 30.000 sqm - Nigeria

I am the procurement manager for *** a *** in Lagos Nigeria.
We are currently building 1800 houses.
Currently rounding up works on the 1st phase of 312 units.
We need price quote for PVC (plastic) ceiling for 30,000 sqm.
We would appreciate the best price as the houses we are building are low cost.
Our Managing Director will be in Istanbul by 1st weekend in September to meet with manufacturers of other materials we are needing and make orders.
If we can get a quote and start our disc
