Precast concrete manhole requested from Iraq

We need detailed information,technical specification and a UNIT COST, for below productions:
1- RC pipe jacking for 1500 ,AND 2800 mm,according Japanese standard in attached file.
2- Precast concrete manhole ,according attached drawings.
Because we want start the executing operations in near future ,
