Pre cooked corn flour production plant set up request Venezuela

I intend to install a pre-cooked corn flour production plant with a capacity of 2500 Kg/hr. The growth projection of our production will be focused on adding a new line which would double the installed capacity. What we seek with this is to make an initial investment in accordance with our market, avoiding oversizing the initial capacity and thereby making a profitable and sustainable investment.

I will be very grateful if you could advise me both on the design and on the supply of the necessary equipment that includes the stages of:

Cleaning, degerming, drying, hydrothermal treatment, grinding (rolling), drying and cooling, and finally packaging. For the packaging we will work with 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg.
