Powder detergent import Cuba

Through my private company S*********, I am coordinating the purchasing of 450 tons of powder detergent distributed in 150 ton of each fragrance such as rose, lavander and lemon.

TDS are the following:
 LAS 14.5% (+/- 1%)
 STPP: 1.5% (+/- 1%)
 Sodium Silicate / Silicato de sodio: 8%
 Soda Ash / Ceniza de soda: 7%
 Brightener / Abrillantador: 0.04%
 Blue Particle / Partículas azules: 0.7%
 Green Particle / Partículas verde: 0.5%
 Red Particle / Partículas rojas: 0.3%
 Sodium Sulfate / sulfato de sodio: 66%
 Lemon / Rose / Lavender Perfume: 0.2%
 Density / densidad: 620 g/L +/- 20 g/L

Can you please share the chance for this supply asap and if your able to supply them inmediatelly, please? Also there is needed the FOB and CIF prices Port of Mariel Cuba.
