Powder Detergent

Hi i would like to import washing powder from turkey.
i am already an importer here in kuwait so far we are importing 4 containers monthly from china but we would like to start importing from turkey as it is closer to kuwait which will lead to better rates.
my requirement is high fragrance 12% active matter in 550kg pp bags if available or 25kg.
We want to only deal with the factory direct.
