Poultry manure handling equipment

We have a medium size poultry farm currently with 80,000 layer birds.
We are interested in two things;
a) chicken droppings/manure handling equipment--from under the cages
b) most important for us now, a plant for making organic fertilizer.
Do you manufacture these and can you give us more information.
