Polish company quotation request for parchment paper

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking for manufacturer of colored paper (half-parchment).
The type of paper we need has the following properties: navy blue paper - (can be like a half-parchment)
Paper weight: 40 g / square meter or thicker up to 60 g/square
paper roll width (coils): 105 cm 1 roll Weight 30-40kg
Quantity: 120.000 meters
Avg. ext. sleeve: 76mm
