Polar hoods

Hello, I am trying to find a company who can manufacture me some hoods made in fleece. I was dealing with a company out there last year, but they seem to have gone out of business.

The hoods need to be made out of an anti pilling fleece, but are a very simple design.
I can send a sample to anybody who can manufacture.
I will need a minimum of at least 2000 and probably around 5000.
I am in need of these hoods pretty fast as the winter will soon be here.
