Plastic baby trays wholesale import to United Kingdom

Could you tell me if your company can produce a double shot injection moulded food safe baby tray.
It needs to be BPA and phthalate free, probably a high grade polypropylene; there are 7 components parts.
Also do you include assembly, packaging and shipping in your quote?
