Petroleum Bitumen

I would be very grateful if you could provide information on the Turkish manufactures or traders of petroleum bitumen 60/70.
Due to the high transportation costs, the location of the manufacturer or dealer is very important for us, it preferably should be not very far from Georgian borders; somewhere around Trabzon and locations like that.
