Personal Lift (Elevator)

Dear Sir May you help us, A contractor installed new lifts(elevators( in our company with motor type xxxxxxxx SM200 with rope diameter (6.5 mm). But after installation our local (Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization ) doesn’t approve this elevator due to the rope diameter is not 8 mm according to EN81, But the contractor told us that you must change the motor xxxxxxxx to install new rope diameter 8 mm.
