Pelton turbine to import Lebanon

i’m sending this message to ask about pelton turbine. I have a 56m water head and 4 inchs inlet pipe! I want to make a concept that will deliver to me 10 kw of power. Can you make for me a full concept? I need to charge 48v battery because i have inverter 10kw and 8 batteries 200A. What i need is charging batteries from water so i can benefit from 10kw of power 24/24
