Paper to import USA

I am looking to purchase paper.
We typically order:
1.) 7.5" 20lb white wove with 5" cores (2 truckloads per month - 24/yr)
2.) 9" 24lb white wove with 5" cores (1 truckload every other month - 6/yr)
3.) 9.5" 20lb white wove with 5" cores (1 truckload per quarter - 4/yr)
4.) 28x40 60lb offset sheets (1 truckload on pallets per quarter - 4/yr)
5.) 270,000 24lb regular #10's (2 times per year)
6.) 90,000 24lb window #10 (2 times per year)
7.) 90,000 24lb regular #9 (2 times per year
