Palm Oil price request from Malta

I need a reliable supplier of Plant Oils, particulalry Sunflower oil and Palm Oil.
I have confirmed orders for Libya, Egypt and Sudan;
Payment by Letter of Credit established or a Top World Bank.
Buyer would want to visit the supplier's plant and sign the contract there.
