Overhead magnet cranes for lifting metals

We are libyan iron and steel company and we are using over head cranes in liftig our bar products from dia 6mm to 30mm with capacity of 10 t by using slinging wires and recently we are thinking of changing this method to lifting by magnets , also we are facing problems of the large ware of wheels of some of our cranes and we are thinking of adopting the idea of using a gude roller system to prevent this . we hope to deal with companies who are specialised in this field our requist is to design ,
