Complete equipment for Handicapped chair on outdoor rail

we must install a chair on a monorail for an exterior staircase for a person with reduced mobility. I would like to know the cost of the material for a simple system to assemble. It is a straight staircase, a left turn and right again. this configuration is in two times. the rail can be fixed on the steps or against the wall on the inside of the staircase.
