Organic chemical POD-oil requested to import to Ukraine

We are looking for European analogue of Russian product named POD-oil.
Description of the product: POD-oil, which is waste product of caprolactam production.
POD-oil is a complex mixture of oxygen-containing organic compounds, products of cyclohexanone synthesis side reactions,
and consists mainly of cyclohexanone derivatives (dimers, oligomers, esters).
