Organic Bamboo Headband inquiry Germany

I am looking for a sustainable fabricator to produce headbands with custom printed patterns either on bamboo or thin wool. It has to be stretchy/elastic to fit well on the head. Is this something you offer? After sample approval the first batch would be 300 - 500 Units.
