I need ordinary portland cement 42.5nr -qty 100,000mtons per month for 12months, can you give a workable C&F price per mton basis for port Basra Iraq, terms of payment from my customer side is simply confirmed irrevocable letter of credit through customer based in Germany and l/c will be through german bank to the supplie.
