Ordering Ceramic, porcelain Mug

we want to order 20.000 white or black mugs.
approximate size (h x d) 10,4 cm x 7,5 cm, cylindrical shape.
we need them for printing and exporting to eu countries so we need all required certificates for quality and safety.
