we are looking for a complete dehydration line according to the following specifications:

1- type of drying system: continuous hot air belt dryer.
2- capacity of the dryer:
feed rate? 3000 kg / hr. fresh onion (input raw material)
production rate approx.? 450 kg/hr dried onion. (output finished product)
3- drying technique: direct fire technique using natural gas. no boiler for steam.
4- raw material to be dried: fresh onions.
5- moisture for finished product: ? 5 %.
