Oil tanker and truck to import Ukraine

I am interested in oil tankers up to 33 m3,
I also need tank trucks for transporting diesel fuel with a division into sections, up to 33 m3.
The weight of our tractors is 7 tons.
It is required that the total weight of the road train does not exceed 40 tons.
