ODM fabric cover for toy block requested Norway

We seek a regular supplier in Turkey to manufacture a textile cover for a toy block we are marketing.
Our company is located in Norway, and our plan is to market our product across Europe, as first stage.

Earlier we have been manufacturing this cover in China but we find it a challenge to ensure quality and consistency over so long a distance, that is why we want to relocate this production to Turkey.

The product in question is a square building block of 30*30*30cm made from extruded polystyrene, for this block we need a removable cover that fits thightly around the core. ( picture of earlier version attached)
