NPK fertilizer import request Panama

we are requesting 2,000 chemical tons of Npk 12-24-12 and 500 tons of 46% granulated Urea, packed in 45-kilo bags placed in the Balboa port of Panama CIF, if you could help me manage said quote or with whom Could you speak to make such a request?
We are requesting it for the first 15 days of April this year.
