Need quote for jeans buttons USA

We are looking for a button manufacturer to make 4500 jeans buttons and 18,000 rivets.
Please see enclosed pictures for design, shape and finish. The rivets are the same, dome shape with the logo in the center and the same finish.
please advise how long it would take, what the sampling process is and how much the cost would be. Please also quote DDP air shipping to Teziutlan Mexico if possible.
