Nappy backpack diaper

We are entrepreneurs from the Netherlands and we want to develop a new kind of diaperbag, one that you can use as an backpack: a nappy-backpack.
Therefore I have a few questions: - what are the design and merchandise possibilities, can you develop new designs and combine different fabrics (e.g. leather or felt) -
What is your production capacity? - do you have a minimum purchase?
