I need used mushroom machinery for small new farm
The amount of mushrooms I will planning to produce in one week about ~ 500 kg.
I will start with 4 rooms each one room about 75 sqm ( need your advice about
measurements ).

I will make the compost by myself phase I ( need small composting turner ).

How to do the compost pasteurization phase II ( in tunnels).
