Men's dress socks

I would be interested in two different types of men's crew dress socks.
They are a medium weight sock, not ribbed, they are to be a solid color black, no patterns.
These would NOT have to be labeled or specially packaged.
#1would be a blend of: 92% polyester, 4% nylon and 4% Spandex approx. 50gm weight.
#2 would be a blend of 70% Mercerized cotton and 30% nylon. We would need to know the following:
* What is your minimum order
* How long do samples take to produce
* How much do sam
