Meat Packaging Materials

We are setting up a modern bucthery with proper display refrigerators. in doing so we need to set up a meat processing unit to produce the variety of meat products such sausages, salami, nicely cut pieces of ribs, meat nuggets , etc.... we are looking for the required set of equipment to do that. would you please also recommend a nice typical bucthery and modern outlet selling meats that we can visit and borrow a leaf of its successful story?
