Mailing Bags for Clothing requested Sweden

I´m looking for custom printed mailing bags for clothing. Print in 2 colors each side and 80% recycled material. Two sizes (do not have to be exact - just close to these) 28*38+4cm, 10,000 pieces,

45*55+5cm, 7,500 pieces. Could you help me with this. Would like to have prices with shipping and customs. Please give me delivery time as well.
