Madagascar company offer request RFQ for fuel storage tank

We are The Society *** based in Madagascar and
we are also on a tender for the supply and installation of 02 metal storage tanks for fuel oil.
1 tank of 1,200 m3 , diameter 12.00m
1 tank of 300 m3 , 8.00m diameter

Can you give us a quote for the supply of these two reservoirs including delivery to the port of Tamatave Madagascar ?
We have teams of qualified welder for assembly.
