Macaroni

I would like to know the price (Proforma invoice/quotations) of macaroni (all types) per packet and the shipment cost up to Kigali-Rwanda.
I will be buying around 20 tonnes every after 3 months.
You can as well tell me the mode of payment that i can use to pay off all the quantities that i will be ordering without coming to your factory.
In future, i will need to request you to become your Agent here in Rwanda and in East Africa as well.
