We are direct Mandates for the buyer of Quantity : Minimum 8000m/Tons to Maximum 50000m/Tons x 12 months rolls and extensions CIF-Albania. We are willing to enter into a long term SPA business with any serious refinery or Mandates/Re to close this deal asap.
