Please mention to them that we need Spectrophotometer for testing food products for minerals, vitamins, and heavy metals
calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, sodium, arsenic, aluminium, chloride, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium, molybdenum, chromium, fluoride, lead, mercury, cobalt, nickel, cadmium etc. and vitamin A, D, E, K and B vitamins.
If the minimum detection limit is 0.01 mg then it will be better.
