Liquid soap production line

I am looking to make aliquid soap plant in Bahrain. so please inform me if you have the
ability to provide with machinery required to produce liquid soap for dish washing , hand
washing, and cloths washing shampoo. also, if you have the ability to provide the raw
materials for this plant with prces of machines and raw materials. Explaine to me if you
have the ability to get skilled people that able to produce high quality final product. I
