Liquid soap plant machinery

Hello
i am a customer from libya and now i am staying in istanbul to 20 of december.
i am looking for
1/ a powder soap plant that produce 10 tons a day matic and hand wash.
2/ liquid soup plant mixer and accessory that produce 4 tons per hour
3/toilet soup plant that mixinng 1 ton per 4 hours.
