Libya want to set up Dairy Processing Plant

Dear Sir,
I am trying to establish a dairy project to produce:
1- Phase one - youghurt, kefir & labneh cheese.
2- Phase Two - Cheese production facility (Mozarella, Pizza Cheese, spread cheese )
in Tripoli, Libya.

I would like to get more information about you turnkey project service for such a project.
I am planning to have small capacity at the beginning 4000-5000 L /day. for a start then we shall expand.
Phase two will probably start after (12-18) months.
