Libya requested industrial heating and cooling jacket

Dear Sir /Madam
would you please provide us with your suitable technical offer (heating and cooling jacket) for the following application .
we have a mixing tank 2000L capacity and has a cylinder shape .
the mixing tank is used to produce some chemical material such as imidazoline that used to produce corrosion inhibitors .
The working temperature in this vessel is from 25C to 250 C- 270C .
The vessel was provided with inlet/outlet for heating process and another inlet/outlet port for cool
