Libya company requested Nut Processing Machine

Hello Sir,
I am *** from Libya,
I am getting hard time sourcing a Turkish made (cashew nut shelling machine), is there such a machines over there?
all what i have found so far eighter chinese or indian machines which i think are not reliable and can not relay on.
