Leggings and sports bras

I am looking for a factory in Turkey (or Europe) to produce samples and collection for my (ladies) clothing line (leggins, sports bra, swimmwear). First I would like to order small quantity of leggins and sports bras, mixed designs, mixed colors and sizes. It would be also great if factory can get a fabric.
