Led Alphabet Snap Together Letters

I am trying to find the turkish manfuacfurer of led alphabet letters. they are snap together letters with a row of led lights forming the letters.
the ones i have seen are like a red foam letter with a single row of led bulbs also forming the letter. the letters can be constant
or flashing.
