Leather and other fabrics from Turkey - France

I am looking for leather and other fabrics (cotton, silk, cashemere, velours) to produce about 20 000 ex of shoes. I want to find my garments suppliers in turkey because i heard that it was a good country for fabrics! Then i'll assembly and produce my shoes.
