You are kindly requested to indicate the following terms in your offer/ Offerors must provide and include the following in their quotation:
Technical responsiveness/Full compliance to requirements listed as per attachment.

Past performance & Reference: Full reference list demonstrating previous experience in delivering similar goods (List of similar projects in the last 3 years and a list of clients for reference check (contact details and e-mail addresses to be provided for reference check).

The Offeror is to provide comprehensive specification sheet about the proposed machine in form of: Catalogues or photos or an informative video.

The Offeror is to provide applicable quality documents for the offered equipment, such as (quality certificate/conformity certificate/mark CE/other credential).

If any is applicable.

The Offeror is required to provide relevant quality documentation for the Warrantee and maintenance services offered as listed in Attachment 06
Offers must remain valid for not less than (90) calendar days after the offer deadline.

Delivery time (production date + shipping date).

Installation, commissioning, and training fees in Jordan: The Offeror is fully responsible for the machine installation, commissioning, and training.

Training needs is measured by training completeness and handover to end used.

Proof of training completeness is by a handover and maintenance manual to be provided to end user.
