Jordan import company requests: battery

Referring to the A/M subject; you are kindly requested to provide us with an offer to cover the supply of Nickel Cadmium Battery for unit #4 as per the attached quantities & specifications (the same or equivalent) and as below :-

Commercial Terms: your commercial offer shall be contain the following points.

Payment term.
Delivery: CPT-Air freight Amman/Jordan or CFR Aqaba-Jordan Seaport. It’s very important.
Shipping details (weight, dimensions,…).
Country of Origin ; Country of Shipment.
Delivery Period(production date + shipping date).
Validity of your offer.

Technical Terms:

All Cells shall be filled and charged by the factory and have already the cell oil in place..
Manufacture date at least 2024.
Cell dimensions shall be Equivalent to LBE1300P to insure using of the existing racks.
Documentation:-
Complete battery cell documentary include:

Installation / first time charging instruction.
Periodic maintenance.
Required chemical test during operation with the acceptable limits.
Electrolyte type and component percentage.
Disposal instruction of the use Batteries.
CAS No. or safety data sheet.
Batteries COUNTRY OF ORIGIN shall be EUROPE with certificates Manufacture date 2024. It’s very important.
Accessories ( electrical connection inter cells/inter raw, flame arrestor vents, terminals & bolts) to be delivered.
Batteries to be received filled and charged with KOH, topped with oil film.
Supplementary Materials REQUIRED : No. 40 flame arrestor vents, 10 liter of oil, No. 3 ( KOH resistant safety cloths), No.3 Masks, No.2 Hydrometers, No.2 Complete operation & maintenance instruction manual ( English ) to be delivered.
