We are seeking to expand our tomato paste production with a new aseptic filling line.
Kindly provide us with a detailed technical and commercial proposal based on the specifications below:
Required Line Specifications
• Product: Tomato paste 28–30 °Bx and 36–38 °Bx
• Packaging: Aseptic bag-in-drum, 200 L (fitment 1–2 inch, steam/H₂O₂ sterilizable)
• Capacity: 30–60 drums/hour (200 L each)
• Filling Temperature: 92–95 °C (Hot-fill) or 20–35 °C (Warm-fill, post-UHT)
• Filler: Aseptic filler with mass-flow or piston dosing system
- Weighing accuracy ±0.2 kg per drum
- Positive displacement pump with back-pressure valve
- Nitrogen/vacuum pre-flush optional
