Italy importer company request: sintered mesh filter
We are looking for a cylindrical sintered mesh filter with 1mm thickness, same material of the actual mesh filter we use (see picture 1).
We need the same material, it’s AISI316 with 100um grid density or similar.

We also need mesh disk as in picture 1, 1mm thickness and 21mm diameter.

In case 1mm thickness is not available or price can’t be competitive, please suggest the best option with higher thickness close to 1mm you can offer (eg. 1.5mm), but max allowable for us is 1.7mm (lower is preferable).
Could you provide a quotation for 100, 250, 500 pieces?
Annual forecast is 5000/7000 pcs.
We are already using mesh disk in full production, but we need to find a very competitive/price effective solution for long term use.
